Throughout high school I competed in Track and Gymnastics. I dedicated countless hours to running, and fitness and health have been my passion for as long as I can remember. But in 2020, I faced one of my toughest challenges, hitting a low point both mentally and physically. Poor eating habits and a lack of exercise led me to a really unhealthy weight of just 90 pounds.
Determined to make a change, I started prioritizing the gym, even though I was new to working out. I found it difficult to learn how to gain healthy weight and after countless trial and error I was able to build my muscle mass to 126lbs in the span of a year. This journey transformed not just my body, but also my mindset. My passion for fitness blossomed as I began sharing my experiences and workout routines with thousands of women online.
